As part of the 30 Day Chart Challenge 2024, I created this visual to accompany the prompt 'Circular'. As a feminist myself, I was happy to find this data from the European Institute for Gender Equality that shows the EU has become more gender equal in the last 10 years. Of course, some countries still have quite some work to do, but I'm all for holding out hope!
